Hobonichi Pencil Board for Weeks illumi-dori

£9.00

Out of all of the Hobonichi original accessories, the Hobonichi Pencil Board is one of the most popular products. Keeping it underneath the page you’re writing on allows the reinforcement to provide an enjoyable writing experience. They fit perfectly to the size of the techo book and provide a comfortable writing experience as they prevent your pen from sliding on the page or leaving indentations on the opposite page.

This pencil board was created in collaboration with Hobotoridori, the official character of the Hobonichi shopping event, Joys of Life.

Aki Kondo, creator of many characters including Rilakkuma and Mofy the rabbit, helped us create Hobotoridori. Each of them is so engrossed in things they like that they even change their shape to match it.

There are many different types of Hobotoridori, and Illumi-dori is the one that sparkles in the night sky. It shines brightly on a starry night with a romantic effect in the centre of the design. The back of the pencil board is navy blue and printed with the phrase 'So many interesting things!' (the theme of the Joys of Life event) under a shooting star.

One side is labeled by millimetre to act as a metric ruler, and a 'Today' tab on the corner marks the current page if you’d like to use it as a bookmark as well.
