Yamamoto Paper
Yamamoto Paper began life in 1972 as a paper wholesaler in Osaka (Sakai), spending decades surrounded by every conceivable sheet, weight, and finish. In 2005 they started making their own products, and by 2009 they’d added an old Heidelberg letterpress to the workshop. Their mission: put the paper itself centre stage—colour, texture, weight, coating, writing feel—and invite users to compare, test, and fall in love with differences most brands hide. At The Journal Shop, we're proud to present a selection of Yamamoto Paper notebooks, curated for those who recognise the art of writing and the significance of superior materials.
