This is an illustrated version of the Cover on Cover, which you can put on top of your Hobonichi Techo cover to protect it from scuff marks and dirt. Using this in combination with a plain cover like the Colors will give it a fresh new look. (Not for use directly on the techo book)
An item born from a collaboration with the digital handheld pet Tamagotchi, which took the world by storm after its 1996 release. Growth Chart! for the Original-size techo depicts a cheerful design of beloved characters from the original Tamagotchi in a colorful pixel art style. And look, hidden among them is a Tamagotchi that was newly discovered on the Hobonichi Techo―Techotchi! It has a charming pink beak that can hold a pen, and small triangular and square feet.
On the back, you can see the growth process of a Tamagotchi. First, the egg, followed by the baby stage, child stage, teenager stage and adult stage. You can see it grow into a really rare Tamagotchi―one that’s hard to meet!
Just by putting this design on top of your Hobonichi Techo cover, it will add a charming cuteness and even more fun. In order to enjoy the illustrations to the fullest, this cover is made without a slit for the cover’s exterior pocket.
The Cover on Cover has been specially measured for use on the A6 Original and A5 Cousin Colors and printed covers with butterfly stoppers. Other covers may not fit properly into the Cover on Cover.
