Uni makes a comprehensive range of Jetstream multi-pens combining multiple ballpoint refills and, in some configurations, a mechanical pencil:
3-Colour (SXE3-507): Black, blue, and red ballpoint refills in a compact body. Activates each colour by sliding a tab. The most practical everyday carry multi-pen.

Jetstream vs Zebra Sarasa
The two most recommended everyday pens in the community.
