Leuchtturm1917 Drehgriffel Nr. 1 Gel Pen

£19.90

The Leuchtturm1917 Drehgriffel Gel Pen is Leuchtturm's newest collaboration with German design firm Paperlux Studio. They've come together to develop a ballpoint pen made from milled aluminium and brass that evokes a design from the company’s past and it's a great piece of design! Paperlux Studio was responsible for the branding and product design of the Drehgriffel Nr. 1 ballpoint pen, and it was intended to be an iconic combination of design and a comfortable writing experience.

  • Leuchtturm1917  Drehgriffel Gel Pen
  • Available in a wide range of colours
  • Refillable
  • Comes with black ink
  • 13cm long
  • Ceramic ball bearing
  • Filigree typeface due to 0,5 mm thin stroke
  • Document proof

  • The pen employs a twist mechanism at the barrel end to produce the ceramic ball nib and what's really nice is that the pens are colour matched to Leuchtturm's notebook collection. If you enjoy colour blocking or organising your stationery by colour, this is the sort of pen you'd enjoy.

    Good to know
The name Drehgriffel is derived from the words 'dreh', meaning to twist, and 'griffel', which describes a stylus – the oldest writing utensil in the world. Pretty neat, huh?
