In the distinctive B6 Slim (Japanese paperback) format, the notebook takes inspiration from the proportions of Japanese paperback books. Tall, slender and comfortably portable, it sits naturally in the hand and slips easily into bags or pockets for everyday use.
At its heart is Midori’s celebrated MD PAPER, used not only for the pages but also for the cover and endpapers. Known for its smooth surface and fountain pen-friendly qualities, the paper allows ink to glide effortlessly while maintaining crisp lines, vibrant colour and pleasing shading.
The notebook is bound using traditional thread binding, allowing it to open completely flat at 180 degrees. This thoughtful construction ensures comfortable, uninterrupted writing from the first page to the last.
