The Journal Shop is growing and so we're moving our warehouse to Shropshire! Our London warehouse will be permanently relocating to a bigger Distribution Centre (DC) in Shropshire to enable us to improve our services to all of our customers and to increase our efficiency.
This move will mean we can zip your orders to you faster and bring you even more stationery goodness!
We expect orders to begin shipping from the week commencing 19th Feb 2018, however our service might be slightly slower than usual initially, whilst we ensure all systems have integrated and orders are being efficiently processed.
This means that your order might not ship immediately, but please be assured that our service will be back to normal very soon. If you have any concerns about your order, please let us know.
Will this affect my order?
- Yes it will.
During the relocation process, we will not be shipping any orders between 12.02.18 - 16.02.18 inclusive.
- The last date for shipping will be Friday 9th February 2018.
We will resume shipping orders from our Shropshire DC between Monday 19th - 26th February 2018.
All orders will still be accepted and acknowledged as usual whilst we are relocating our London warehouse but will not ship until Monday 19th February 2018, so if you want something urgently before that date, please make sure to get your order in by Friday 9th February 2018
- Yes! All returns and exchanges will now be processed at a new address. Please check our 'returns policy' for up to date information.
