Rear pocket at the back of the notebook (inside the rear cover) allows safe storage of cards, receipts, notes, currency, etc, and an extra flap also doubles as a useful page marker.

  very high quality notebook  This notebook is superbly made. The leather cover is harder than I thought it would be, but it means it can take a beating. Strong pages with a nice colour.   What a great little notebook  I had been looking for a nice quality jacket-pocket notebook for a while when I came across the Cartesio one. It's very good quality and looks very classy.   Well made & hard wearing  Had this notebook for a couple of months now, paper is much better quality than a moleskine & leather cover is harder wearing. I like to carry it in the back pocket of my jeans my old moleskine just wasn't up to the job. The pocket on the back of the Cartesio is a lot better designed & constructed.   StudioLAX - Harogate

  Great Quality  Better cover and elastic than a Moley, the Cartesio just feels better quality. Doesn't open as flat as a Moley though, and the rear pocket is a bit useless really. Fantastic little pocket journal though!   Mark Dryden - Burton on Trent
